Description

Aisi 304 stainless steel MIXING TANK - ideal for the continuous mixing of the product during the pre-filling phase and filling phase:

• entirely executed in AISI 304 stainless steel (A316 upon request);
• Adjustable speed drive (380V50Hz)
• Stainless electrical panel with protection degree IP66
• Stainless steel balse, 2 wheels with brakes and 2 turning wheels
• Special mixing blades
• Stainless steel shaft and blades
• Lid with safety micro-switch
• Stainless steel base with: n° 2 wheels with brakes and n° 2 turning wheels
• Ball-valve DN50 on the bottom in order to drain the product
• Ball-valve DN50 to be connected to the filling units
• Connection flexible pipes for product transferring

Possibility of special executions upon request: with bigger volume, with special mixing blades according to the product, height of the supporting base can be changed according to exigencies.

Possibility to execute the MIXING TANK with INSULATION or with HEATING SYSTEM.
