Multihead volumetric filling unit for liquid, semi-thick and pasty products

Description

2, 3, 4 or more dosing units installed on the same base, available in different versions and with different filling capacities; ideal to be jointed to packing machines and/or to be installed on filling lines or on lines to prepare ready meals at many lanes.

Composition of the machine

• Single dosing units with independent adjustable filling capacity [A] or with one sole adjustable filling capacity [B] by threatened wheel with reference to graduated scale, installed on one single stainless steel base with wheels
• Operation: Manual by pedal, Automatic or synchronised with packing machine
• Stainless steel dosing cylinders, lapped inside
• Joints in teflon suitable for foodstuffs
• Stroke-end
• Pneumatic installations by compressed air at 6 bar
• Electric connection to machines/packing lines (upon request)

• Various stainless steel hoppers polished inside (at 1 or more exits), that can be equipped with: mixer with scraping blades and electric panel;
• double wall for cold water circulation and/or heated by electric resistances
• Filing nozzles available in different kinds according to product to be filled
• Supports for no-drop nozzles to be installed on packing machines, thermoforming machines, etc. in order to fill the containers in line; all of them executed in stainless steel and available in different kinds: with adjustable distance (in height and/or width), fixed or with lateral and/or upand-down movement
• Possibility to install different level control devices on the hopper in order to check and maintain constant the level of the product inside the hopper (electronic, electric and/or pneumatic probes according to product to be filled)
