Electro-pneumatic volumetric filling unit for liquid, semi-thick and pasty products

Description

Volumetric pneumatic filler with ELECTRONIC ADJUSTING of the filling volume by means of a TOUCH-SCREEN. This solution is very helpful in production lines where there are installed several fillers: so, the operator can easily change the filled  volume of all filling stations through the main touch-screen.  It is possible to have different filling volumes, as well as to create and memorize different recipes on purpose.

To be jointed to packing lines with conveyors, packing machines, thermoforming machines, etc.

suitable to fill and dose liquid and pasty products, creams, mayonnaise, Russian salad, ragout, béchamel, etc. up to 90° C.

• Interchangeable nozzles with possibility to install, according to product to be filled, cut-off nozzles, no-drop nozzles, etc.; special nozzles in 2 pieces which can be disassembled for a perfect cleaning and sterilization
• Operation: it can be manual, automatic, at intermittence or connected to automatic lines by electrovalve.
• ELECTRONIC ADJUSTING of the filling volume by means of a step-bystep motor connected to a TOUCH-SCREEN for direct managing of the adjusting of the filling capacity.

• Filler that can be quickly and easily disassembled (without tools) for cleaning and maintenance operations, thanks to its rapid CLAMP connections
